General Rules For all Classes

General rules apply to all mud bog and tuff trucks races!
All vehicles must pass safety tech and pass to race.

Tech crew has final say no exceptions.

When forward motion stops then stop do not dig holes. If you dig holes and are told to stop then you will have a five foot penalty on that run. Stuck means forward motion has stopped if you back up then you are disqualified for that run. Stuck vehicles will be measured to the front hub.

All drivers will posses a valid drivers license.
Drivers under the age of 18 must have written, on sight permission from parent or legal guardian.
All drivers must sign a release waiver.
All vehicles must have a fire extinguisher.
All drivers must wear a helmet and seat belt.
Drivers of alcohol burners or nitrous oxide must wear fire suite.
All vehicles must pass safety tech.
All vehicles must have roll bar or steel top. Super modified up must have roll cage.
Late entries will pay a $10.00 late entry fee and start first both runs.

All vehicles running any fuel other then pump gas must have racing seat and minimum of a four point harness and a roll bar. All vehicles running alcohol or nitrous oxide must have scatter shields and or block savers or scatter blankets or shields around clutches or transmissions.
In the event of a tie the drivers will split he money for that place and the next lower place. If a trophy is in place they will flip a coin for the trophy.
No alcoholic beverages will be allowed. If any one is thought to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be ask to leave if they claim to not be intoxicated they will be ask to take a blood test at their expense. If found to be intoxicated will be refused to race and ask to leave the pit area till all races are over. Entry fees will not be refunded. No speeds over 5 MPH will be allowed in the pit area.
Drivers will be suspended from racing that night's event no warning will be given and will be the decision of the pit security. Money will not be refunded. Pit passes must be shown at entering of the pit area or at any time requested while in pit area.
The starter, timekeeper and flag operators will have all decisions at trackside.

Any protest must take place no longer then 10 minutes after completion of the class and person making protest must be racing in the same class that they are protesting. $100.00 fee will be charged in the event of a protest. If the vehicle or run is found to be legal $50.00 will go to the person being protested and the other $50.00 will go to the track. If the vehicle or the run are found to be illegal then the money will be returned to the person filing the protest. If the run or vehicle are found to be illegal the driver will lose their place and not be refunded their money.

There will be no tolerance to disputes with race officials. If a race official is put in an argumentive situation, the person arguing with the officials will be ask to leave the premises. No threats will be tolerated. Fighting will not be tolerated. Vehicles will have 3 minutes to line up for races and 2 minutes to stage after pit is cleared. 

Vehicles that come out of the side of the mud pit will be disqualified. Vehicles that get stuck will be measured to the farthest hub. Stuck means forward motion has stopped and you must wait to be measured if you move you will be disqualified. When forward motion has stopped then stop your truck do not dig holes in the pit or a 5-foot penalty will be put on your run.

Participant's competion running order will be determined by draw at time of entry. Each class will have their own pill draw. Lowest number drawn will be first truck first round and last truck second round.

Tire size will be determined by tire stamp if in numbered size. If size is metric size or letter size will be determined by measuring top to bottom. At full inflation. If size has been removed truck will go up to next class.

If it doesn't say you can do it then you can not. If the truck you are racing was not built with aluminum heads you cannot use them. If a track official decides to tech your truck and finds it to be illegal you will be moved up to the next class that your truck should be in. This applies to all classes that have the word stock in the class. The only heads and blocks that can be used are cast iron and or factory OEM castings.

All riders Must be 18 Years of age, All Quads must pass tech inspection just like the trucks and MUST have all saftey gear listed in this rule.The payout in this class is the same as if you ran a truck.

Street Stock 4 & 6 Class

Tires D.O.T. approved uncut 36.5 in. or less. No dual wheel or tire chains allowed. Finder can be cut for clearance.

Engine must match cab and chassis FORD-TO-FORD ect.engine must be in stock location.

Stock suspensions lift kits ok. No blocks in front axle.

Must have full internal and external body and tow point's front and rear No gutting of the bed or cab. My remove doors from CJ, YJ, scouts and pre 78 Ford Broncos and similar trucks. Top may be removed from vehicles with removable tops but must have A 4 point roll bar. May remove tailgate. Must retain seating for two people and have all permantant glass.

Must have full ex. system past cab straight pipes allowed.

Must run pump gas, no octane boosters, additives or racing fuel of any type if you add anything to our fuel it will change the gravity and color of the fuel and you will not be able to race that night.

Limited to single carb. or O.E.M. fuel injection. Limited to two eng. modifications. Carb. Intake or headers or cam shaft. Cyl heads must match block by casting #s. Eng must pull a steady 14 in. of vacuum at 1,000 rpm. No turbos or superchargers. Must have transfer case no chain drives.

Street Stock V8 Class

Same as 6 cyl class except fuel cells or fuel tanks can not be in the cab area unless factory tank in the cab but suggest that tank be relocated.

If battery is located in cab then must be fully enclosed must be gel type battery and secured to the floor.

Same as 4 & 6 cyl. SUPER STOCK.

Same as Stock Classes but can have 4 eng. modifications.

Modified Class

Any body frame and eng. combination. Must be OEM frame can have four link rear suspension. Tires must fit wheel wheels can be cut for clearance.

Body must be stock appearing. Must be full exterior must have some sort of grill and front bumper. Must have front and rear pull points. No gutting of the body doors or bed front inner finder panels can be removed only. Must have front and rear windows. Plaxiglass ok.

Eng. can be set back 12 in. from front axle measured from center of front axle to left front spark plug. Cannot stretch front or extend front axle.

Tires DOT uncut 44 in. or smaller

Fuel, pump gas or racing fuel ok no home-brews, No nitrous. Fuel tank or fuel cell must not be in cab area must have fire shield between fuel cell or tank and driver. Single carb. only up to 1050 cfm. any intake can only be single carb. 1100 cfm ok on aftermarket fuel inj.

Eng. must be OEM block and cyl heads must be factory castings no after market heads or blocks allowed. Aluminum heads only allowed if the truck was built with aluminum heads. or block. No other restrictions on the eng. If heads or block are found to be after market do to tech inspection or protest you will not be allowed to race in this class the rest of the season and you will be moved to a higher class and you will lose your points.

Trans. anything goes. Must have a steel floor or trans blanket if trans brake or stall converter is used.

Super Modified

Tire size up to six foot must be DOT or tractor or emplement tires can be cut no paddle tires allowed in this class. Any eng. to frame any body to eng. and frame body can be just a shell or narrowed but frame can not be narrowed. Must have roll cage must have race seat and 5 point harness must have 1/2 in. plate between driver and trans or trans blanket if trans brake or stall converter is used.eng. can be set back 12 inches from front axle will be mesured from center of front axle to left front spark plug. can use nitrous but must be to safty rules in this section no turbos or blowers allowed in this class must have factory frame from a truck no home built frames. Eng. and trans can have any modifications  but must have factory cast iron Block after market heads ok.

Pro Modified Class

To race in this class we need proof that you have raced 2 years prior to this race letter from mud bog that you have raced for two years or have proof that you are 21 years of age.

Tires size up to 8 ft. can be cut for traction D.O.T. agricultural or industrial paddles or what ever you like. Any suspension can be used OEM or tube frame ok all welds must be exposed for inspection. Eng. can be located any place but driver must be shielded from eng. and fuel, battery cooling system. Driver must be shielded from the drive train must have drive line loops.

External body must look stock appearing narrowing the body is ok. Internal body and bed can be cut Fiberglas body ok. Glass may be removed. Tailgate may be removed.

Driver can be positioned anywhere in cab.

Eng. block and heads what ever you want. Chain drives ok. Any eng. to any body.

Any fuel or fuel system or multiple carbs. No Blowers or Turbos

Driver must have full fire suit. Must have 5 point harness. Must have full roll cage. Must be safe.

Open Wheel Class

Run what you bring. any tire any size any drive train and suspension tube frame ok any fuel system.

Must have full roll cage minimum of 6 point roll cage must have racing set must have 5 point harness.

Must pass safety inspection all welds must be exposed and 40 gauge minimum gauge for roll cage and a drill hole for inspection of roll cage.

Tuff Trucks Class

Tires D.O.T. cut or uncut 44 lnches. or less in diameter

Body and frame must be OEM lift kits ok no blocks in front axle or springs. Straight axle ok. Sand rails are ok but must have VW suspension and engine. Pass and full body dune buggies ok. No ATV'S

Full body truck ok to race but can not be wrecked or gutted. If it has been wrecked must have 4 point roll cage if has been rolled or has structural damage must have 6 point roll cage. If no doors then must have 2 bars in drivers side opening. Right side must have 1 bar if no door.

Must have 5 point harness. suggest racing seat. 

Eng. can be set back 12 in. max. will be measured from center of front axle to left front spark plug.

Ballest may be added. Tail gates front finders and bed may be removed. Must have cab.

No passengers allowed.

Required fire extinguisher must be given to starter and we have extinguisher in safety truck.

Required helmet. Neck brace. Must have fire shield between driver and fuel tank or fuel cell. Must have shield between Eng. compartment and driver. Driver must be shielded from water lines fuel lines. If battery is in cab. must be in battery box and secured to body and must be Gel battery.

Must have all required safety equipment or you do not race.

No turbo's or superchargers.

Tuff Trucks Open Class

Open class is run what you bring but must pass all safety of Tuff truck class plus.

Frame what ever you build but must be able to pass safety check.

Any eng. to any body or no body.

Required 6 point roll cage minimum. Racing seat, 5 point harness, Fuel cell, Must have fire shield between driver and fuel cell must have shield between driver and eng. no coolant lines or fuel lines in driver compartment.

Battery must be located out of driver compartment.
